Delivery terms to any city of Ukraine

Delivery is carried out using the transport company "New Mail".

Shipping cost is formed based on dimensions, weight, as well as destination and delivery method. You pay for the services of the carrier company for the delivery of the order on the spot, upon receipt.

Upon receipt of the goods, you must have a declaration number and an identity document with you.

In the case of placing an order for a product for a legal entity, the recipient must have a power of attorney or a letter of trust from the customer enterprise in any form with a "wet" seal.

Cargo insurance is carried out at the buyer's expense at the rates of New Mail.
At the warehouse of the delivery service, be sure to check the contents of the goods, the presence of external damage to the packaging and product defects. You have the right to refuse to receive the goods on the spot, without additional costs on your part.

Not all products presented on the site are available in supermarkets. You can check the availability of goods in the store by phone.
Bringing bulky goods to the floor in houses not equipped with an elevator is paid. Tariff 20 UAH per floor, starting from the second floor. The list of large-sized goods: cots, dressers, mattresses.

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, "Consumer Rights Protection Law. Article 8 ", you have the right to return the goods within 14 full calendar days from the date of purchase. The return of the goods, the defect of which is found outside the warehouse of the courier delivery service, is carried out by the buyer for his own money, in the amount of the established delivery rate today with the help of the carrier company, or on his own.

Purchase returns

In accordance with the "Law on the protection of consumer rights", you can refuse the goods purchased at mama-ulozhila.com or exchange them for a similar one.
An exchange or return of goods of good quality can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase (the period is determined by the date specified in the sales receipt), under the following conditions:

the product must not be used for the entire period from the date of purchase - i.e. is new;

preserved presentation (no scratches, chips, abrasions, etc.), consumer properties, seals, labels of the purchased goods;

In the absence of a similar product on sale, you have the right to purchase another product from the existing range with a recalculation of the cost in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" or get money back in the amount of the cost of the returned product.

Important! If the client made an order for the goods, the delivery of which needs to be done from another city, then in the case of the return of the goods for not objective reasons (he simply did not like it), the client pays for the delivery of the order in both directions according to the receipt of the transport company.
If the return is due to a factory defect or mechanical damage, the customer does not pay for the return in case of a return.

Note! Personal hygiene items, linen, hosiery, feather and down products, children's soft and inflatable toys, products for newborns (bottles, nipples) and similar products cannot be exchanged or returned. If you refuse to purchase on the spot (if the product matches what you ordered), the courier is paid the shipping cost. Returns, exchanges, as well as the solution of warranty cases occur through managers.

Important! All products sold by us are new, therefore some types of products (dressers, beds, mattresses) after unpacking may have a characteristic smell of new materials. This is normal and the odor will disappear after airing the product.

Completion of goods

In rare cases, the description of the product bundle on the site may not fully correspond to what is. The reason for this may be as inaccuracies in the description of the goods, which we try to promptly correct.
